I'm trying to be the very best version of myself so here are my ongoing life goals
1) Play a game of chess everyday - helps my brain to stay on point and understand the strategy behind each move

3) Exercising every other day - walking 30 mins counts.
4) Drinking cold pressed green juice - I hate salads but I can take a shot of green juice. Not sure if cold pressed is the way to go because the FDA hasn't said that it does effectively keep the fiber from the plants that are being extracted but still, better than a no veggie diet (something I've been practicing for quite some time)
